Tax partner Neil has over 25 years’ experience of helping clients with their business tax affairs – as well as advising on the tax affairs of owner managed businesses, Neil also has plenty of experience of working with both large and listed corporate groups. He has significant specialist experience of M&A and transaction tax issues and has worked on the tax aspects of many local high profile deals. Neil spent the first 10 years of his career in the Big Four, and joins Murray Harcourt after 15 years as tax partner with Top 10 international firms.

Richard has 18 years’ experience as a personal and corporate tax advisor and has gained considerable knowledge in his field through working with individuals, owner-managed businesses, SMEs and UK subsidiaries of International companies.

 

Richard has 18 years’ experience as a personal and corporate tax advisor and has gained considerable knowledge in his field through working with individuals, owner-managed businesses, SMEs and UK subsidiaries of International companies.

His areas of expertise are: Corporate Tax Planning including groups, Company re-organisations including EIS investments, EMI share schemes, International Tax, Research and development reliefs and tax credit, and Capital allowance claims.  He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT).

Steve is Head of Audit at Murray Harcourt. He leads the audit provision and ensures that it is high quality, timely and involves minimum disruption to Murray Harcourt’s clients. Steve joined Murray Harcourt in 2014.
